We aim to deliver your order promptly, reliably, and at a fair cost.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery – £5
  Royal Mail 2nd Class or Tracked 48. Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days.
• Express Delivery – £7
  Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24. Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days.
• Free Delivery on Orders Over £100
  Automatically applied at checkout.

Greeting Card Only Orders

• £1.50 Flat Rate
  For single greeting card orders sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
  If you prefer tracked delivery then our standard rates will apply.

Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to arrange a same-day dispatch.

European Delivery

International Tracked – £15
For orders shipping within Europe.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Local Delivery – £2

We offer hand delivery within 9 miles of our shop (Ripley Castle Courtyard, Ripley, HG3 3AY) for a flat rate of £2.

• We'll contact you if we need to arrange a convenient delivery time

Changed your mind?

No problem – you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Exclusions apply (like earrings and bespoke items).
