Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love everything you buy from Just Makers, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returning an Item

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be sent using a trackable, insured service.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food or items with a short shelf life)
  • Cosmetics or personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@justmakers.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you whether your return has been accepted.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 15 days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us at contact@justmakers.co.uk.

Please note: If returned items show signs of use or damage beyond what would be expected from handling in a shop, we may reduce your refund to reflect this.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than one calendar month prior to the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between one calendar month and 14 days before the scheduled workshop date will be issued a credit note for the full amount, redeemable against a future workshop.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we are able to fill your place. In such cases, we will offer either a credit note or a transfer to another workshop, at our discretion. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee in your place; if so, please provide their full details in advance.

Gift Voucher Bookings

Workshops booked using a gift voucher are subject to the same cancellation terms outlined above. However, no cash refunds can be issued for bookings made with gift vouchers. Where applicable, a credit note will be provided instead.

Cancellations by Just Makers

In the unlikely event that Just Makers must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to provide as much notice as possible. A full refund will be offered. Just Makers is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
