Just Makers Shipping Policy

We ship within the UK and Europe using trusted services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

UK Delivery

We offer simple, flat rate UK delivery based on your order value:

Orders up to £19.99 = £3 delivery

Orders from £20 to £39.99 = £2.50 delivery

Orders of £40 and over enjoy Free UK delivery

Express Delivery = £6

Delivery is usually via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and typically takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, although it can take longer. If you have chosen Express Delivery, we will send with Royal Mail using their 24 hour tracked delivery service.

**If you are ordering a heavy or very large item (or items), please contact us about delivery charges when you place your order as these can cost more to send.**

Delivery to Remote Areas

Please note that delivery to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and surrounding islands:

  • May take longer than standard delivery times.

  • May incur an additional shipping charge.

We will notify you in advance if any extra fees apply.


European Delivery

  • Flat Rate – £15.00

  • Shipping is available to these countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

  • Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on location.

  • Please Note: We cannot guarantee that international customers will not receive additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country. Where this occurs, these are your responsibility to make payment for on receipt of your order.

 

Delivery Outside Europe

  • Flat Rate for standard size items - £25
  • If you are ordering a heavy or larger item, please contact us about delivery charges when you place your order as these can cost more to send.
  • Shipping is available to these countries outside of Europe: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore
  • Delivery usually takes 7-15 working days, depending on location.
  • Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged in their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

If your country isn’t listed above (including the USA), please get in touch with us. We’re happy to explore shipping options and will do our best to find a way to get your order to you.

 

Click & Collect = Free

  • Collect your order in person from our shop:
    Ripley Castle Courtyard, Ripley, Harrogate, HG3 3AY.

  • Orders are usually ready within 4 hours during shop opening times.

  • We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect.


Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

  • During busy periods (like Christmas), dispatch may take longer.


Packaging

We often reuse clean packaging materials to help keep shipping costs down and reduce waste. It might not be pretty, but it helps the planet. We also encourage you to reuse or recycle any packaging we use for your order.
