We currently deliver throughout the UK using tracked delivery services.

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery charges are based on the total value of your order.

Orders up to £19.99: £3 delivery

Orders from £20 to £39.99: £2.50 delivery

Orders of £40 and over: Free UK delivery on most items

Express delivery: £6 where available

Selected larger, fragile or higher value items are excluded from our free delivery offer. A £15 insured delivery charge applies to these items and will be shown in the product description and at checkout.

If your basket contains one of these items alongside other products, the £15 delivery charge will cover the complete order.

Delivery is usually by Royal Mail tracked service and normally takes two to five working days after dispatch. Express orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Delivery to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and surrounding islands, may take longer.

An additional charge may occasionally apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

International Delivery

We currently offer online delivery within the UK.

If you live overseas and would like to purchase a particular piece, please contact us. International delivery may be possible depending on the item and destination.

Select Pick Up Order at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within four hours during our opening times.

Collection is available during our usual opening hours.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days.

Dispatch may take longer during particularly busy periods.

Packaging

We often reuse clean packaging materials to reduce waste and keep delivery costs down.

We encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging from your order where possible.
