Hart, Body and Soul is the passion project of Rachel Hartley, who creates products inspired by her journey of self-healing, wellbeing and the comforting power of crystals. Her interest in crystals began during a period of grief following the loss of her beloved cat, Twinkle, when she discovered how these natural stones could bring solace and support.

Rachel’s experience with mental health challenges and personal growth has shaped her holistic approach, combining crystals with a broader focus on self-care and wellbeing.
