We’re Just Makers, a shop and online store celebrating hand-crafted products from Yorkshire. Every item is made with care by small independent maker businesses, which means you might notice some variation in colour, texture or finish. This is what makes them special.

2. Who Can Shop With Us

To shop with us, you must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate contact and payment details. If you’re under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We aim to ensure all prices are accurate. If there is an error, we will inform you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Prices and promotions may occasionally differ between our website and our physical store, and we are not obliged to match them.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If for any reason we can’t fulfil your order, e.g., an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know and issue a refund straight away.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example, if we believe there’s been a pricing error or suspected misuse of the site.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can view our full Returns & Refund Policy for details. Please note that due to the nature of some of our handmade items, returns may not always be possible unless the item is faulty.

We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but as each item is made by hand, small variations are normal. These are considered to be what makes each piece unique.
