Our shop is in the picturesque village of Ripley, North Yorkshire. We feature beautiful handmade products by local artisans from across Yorkshire. We aim to keep things fresh by changing our displays regularly and introducing new makers to ensure that there’s something different to discover every time you visit.

All our products are made by skilled artisans, the majority of whom are based right here in Yorkshire.

We work with around 100 independent makers, all based in Yorkshire and the surrounding region. Each is a small business and all are highly skilled in their craft, whether it’s ceramics, textiles, jewellery, woodwork, or printmaking. We’re proud to support local artists and makers and showcase a wide variety of styles that are both traditional and contemporary. Our makers are passionate about what they do, and we love giving them a platform to share their work.

Since all items are handmade, there may be slight variations in color or design, making each piece unique.

Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, UK orders arrive within 3-5 working days, and European orders within 7-10 days. For UK orders you can select the express delivery option that will be sent by 24hr tracked with Royal Mail.

We currently ship within the UK and Europe. If you're outside Europe and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that any import taxes or duties are your responsibility and may be charged by your country’s customs authority.

Most items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please see our Returns & Delivery page for full details on our returns and exchanges policy.

Yes! Our shop is small but it is accessible by wheelchair. We’ve worked to ensure that everyone can comfortably browse our selection in-store. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please get in touch before your visit.

Gift cards issued on our old system unfortunately won't work on our new website.

But we will of course honour the gift card you have. If you have the original gift card code or receipt, bring it into the shop or email us and we will issue a new code that you can use online or in-store.
