Would you like us to gift wrap your order and send it directly to the recipient?

Add gift wrap to your basket and include a note at checkout with the message you’d like us to write for the lucky person receiving the parcel, so they know who it’s from.

Our gift wrap includes quality paper, ribbon and a handwritten message.

Please note: we’re unable to gift wrap large or bulky items. Gift wrapping is available for smaller, gift-size products only.
    DELIVERY

    Our Delivery Policy

    We aim to deliver your order promptly, reliably, and at a fair cost.

    Please see our current shipping options below.

    UK Delivery:

    • Standard Delivery – £4.00
      Usually arrives in 3–5 working days but can take longer. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent tracked service.
    • Express Delivery – £7.00
      A faster option, usually arriving in 1–2 working days. Sent via tracked service.
    • Free UK Delivery – Orders over £40
      Spend £40 or more and enjoy free standard delivery. If you require a faster service, please choose and pay for express delivery.

    Greeting Card Only Orders

    • £2.50 Flat Rate
      This is for single greeting card orders only sent via standard Royal Mail. If your order contains additional items, please choose a standard delivery option.
      If you prefer tracked delivery then our standard rates also apply.

    Order Processing & Dispatch
    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

    If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to arrange a same-day dispatch.

    We often reuse clean, sturdy packaging to keep costs down and reduce waste. It might not be fancy, but it’s kinder to the planet – and your parcel will still arrive safe and sound.

    Please see our Shipping Policy for details on international delivery. If your country is not listed, please do get in touch with us and we will explore options to get an order to you.

    • Select "Click & Collect" at checkout.
    • We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect (usually within a 4 hours during our opening times).
    • Collection is available during our usual opening hours.
    Returns

    Changed your mind?

    No problem – you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Exclusions apply (like earrings and bespoke items).

    Please note that the cost of returns are at your own expense and we recommend you use a tracked delivery.

    FAQs

    Q: When will my order be dispatched?

    A: We usually send out orders within 1-2 working days. In busy periods, such as around Christmas this might take longer. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s on the way.

    Q: How much is delivery?

    UK Standard: £4.00 (usually takes 2-7 working days)

    UK Express: £7.00 (1–2 working days)

    Single Greeting cards only: £2.50 sent via standard Royal Mail.

    Q: Can I collect my order in person?

    A: Yes! Choose Free Click & Collect at checkout. Orders are usually ready to collect within 4 hours during shop opening times.

    Q: Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

    A: We do our best to reuse clean packaging to reduce waste and keep your costs down. It might not be fancy, but it’s better for the planet. Any packaging we buy in is as eco-friendly as we can source. We always encourage our customers to reuse or recycle any packaging that your order arrives in.

    Q: Can I return something?

    A: Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind. Items must be returned in unused condition. Full details are on our Returns Policy.

    Q: Will my item look exactly like the photo?

    A: Because everything is handmade by independent makers, each piece may vary slightly in colour, shape, or finish. We think that’s part of the charm!

    Q: Why are handcrafted items sometimes more expensive?

    A: Handmade products take time, skill, and care from talented makers using quality materials. You’re paying for craftsmanship and uniqueness, not mass production. We believe the value you get is worth it for something that is made to last.
