What’s On

At Ripley we have an ever changing gallery. Every calendar month we have different makers and artists work on display. Come and visit us every month and see what we have on offer!

At RHS Garden Harlow Carr we run a series of events over the year in The Old Bath House. Please note that we are based at the bottom of the gardens and the RHS charge entry. Please see their website for further details : –

2017 Bath House

Ceramics & Glass 1 May – 30 May
Raku, slab and thrown pottery work will all be at the Bath House throughout May with a wide range of glass items. Practical and decorative work will make this an interesting event.

Art 1 June – 1 July
Our popular event returns so if you have been looking for a piece of art for your walls or a decorative piece of art for your tables then don't miss it. We hope to offer a wide range of styles in different mediums.

Photography 3 July – 22 July
This is a brand new event for us. You may recognise some of the photographers' work but we are also introducing a number of new photographers to the Bath House. This is only running for 3 weeks so make sure you don't miss it!

Summer Craft 24 July – 15 August and 16 August – 9 September
We have a whole summer of craft and are running it in two halves with a changeover of stock half way through... so it’s worth visiting at least twice! Ceramics, wood, sculpture, textiles, willow, felt and many more mediums will be on offer.

Summer Meet the Makers 24 July – 9 September (7 artists/makers over the 7 weeks)
Each week throughout the Summer Holidays will be chance to meet one of our makers. They will have a large display of their work, will demonstrate their craft and be on hand to talk to. You may even get the chance to have a go!

Sculpture Trail September and October
This is returning for its third year and works will be positioned all around the garden. Pick up a trail and see if you can spot them all.

Wood & Paper 11 September - 14 October
Beautiful pieces of work will be on offer for your home or as practical items. There will be art and craft inspired by “trees “and a range of paper art - papercutting and jewellery are just two.

Christmas Crafts 16 October – 25 November
Leave the High Street this year and support local makers and artists by buying unique gifts for your family and friends.
